Parenting groupwork programme

Description:
This parenting groupwork programme is an intensive one week programme, which takes place once per month on three afternoons and one all day children’s visit. It involves a health visitor and sex education sessions. It is participatory with videos, games and discussion.

Who the service is aimed at:
Young men (15-18 years) who either have babies, are expectant fathers or occasionally if there are spaces free, young men who have younger siblings.

Who the service is delivered by:
Huntercombe’s Family Liaison officers with input from Health Care and Oxon Primary Care Trust.

Huntercombe designated in-house programme.
